Our Business on Board training is customized for businesses that promote corporate citizenship. Through participation in BOB, businesses invest in core leadership skills and expand on professional development opportunities for their employees.

Our speakers are experts in their fields and deliver engaging, interesting sessions whether you are new to board service or a seasoned board member. Those participants who attend the program and are currently serving on a board find the sessions elevate their knowledge. For those who are ready to begin board service, we work with you to help place you on a board of directors based on your interests and skills.
Though our BOB program, we have trained and placed over 350 business executives on not-for-profit boards in the greater Boston area. Survey results from over 200 participants highly rate the program and have recommended the training to their colleagues.
