Deutra Caricatures is a stationary and mobile caricature art business delivering fun, engaging, and accessible art experiences across Boston. We provide live caricature drawing, creative workshops, and community-centered programming for events, schools, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and underserved communities. Our mission is to make art welcoming and accessible to everyone-especially people who may have limited exposure to the arts. Our mobile caricature stand activates pop-ups, public spaces, community programs, while our youth and adult classes encourage creativity, confidence, and connection. We also bring art directly to individuals with disabilities and people with mobility challenges, ensuring they can fully participate without barriers. Art therapy played a crucial role in my recovery after losing my leg in a major motorcycle accident. That experience shaped my commitment to representation, accessibility, and healing through creativity. It continues to inspire my dedication to bringing art into spaces that often lack artistic opportunities.
