We use the information we collect in the day-to-day running of A&BC to better serve our clients, enhance our website, and make the site more useful to our users. Terms of Use

The Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston, Inc. is made up of three programs: Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (“VLA”), Essential Training for the Arts (“ETA”), and Business on Board (“BOB”). VLA is a non-profit Massachusetts organization dedicated to providing artists and arts organizations with low cost legal and accounting services. ETA provides professional development training for individual artists and the personnel of arts organizations in Massachusetts and the surrounding region through webinars, seminars, and workshops. BOB provides professional development training and resources for businesses and professionals, focusing on corporate citizenship and board development services for arts organizations. The A&BC also sponsors a wide range of other programs for the Massachusetts Arts Community.

Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Website set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use this site. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE. Service
The A&BC website currently provides users with a web portal which includes information on various legal, educational and accounting services. This site also enables users to register as either an artist member or a legal member. All new features, unless expressly stated otherwise, shall immediately become subject to these Terms and Conditions. The A&BC is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store any messages or other communications or any content maintained or transmitted through the website.

User’s Obligations as a User
You agree to use this website SOLELY for your personal use for viewing the content on the website, and/or for applying or registering for services or as a volunteer. You agree to use this website in strict accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained. You agree that information you provide about yourself to the A&BC will be true, accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly, in the event it changes. You agree not to interfere or disrupt the web site or disobey the A&BC’s internal requirements, procedures or policies that may be connected to the website. You agree you will not attempt to access any secure portion of the website without express permission from the A&BC.

The website and the software it embodies may include security components that protect digital material. Use of these materials is subject to rules set by the A&BC. You agree that you will comply with all rules affecting protectable information set by the A&BC.
