

As the Property Manager, 4 has been managing the historic mill complex of Western Avenue Studios & Lofts since 2019 and is dedicated to the ongoing upkeep and improvement of these iconic buildings and grounds. Western Avenue is the creative home to over 360 artists as well as a bustling cultural hub that includes an exhibition space, black box theater, gallery/shop, brewery, café, and an after-school arts program. In addition to his role at Western Avenue, he is also a Veteran, a freelance woodworker, a tiny house builder, and a large-scale art fabricator within the Western Avenue community of artists. Also, within the landscape of Western Avenue, 4 is the Co-Founder of Refuge Lowell, a safe and equitable space for local youth to explore their talents and develop as artists through nurturing, mentorship, and rigorous arts instruction. Though originally born in the coastal city of Gloucester, 4 has called the Lowell-area home since 2013 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geology from Salem State University.
