The Gallery at 249 A is located on the first floor of the 249 A Street Cooperative, Fort Point’s oldest artist-owned building. The Gallery has hosted over seventy exhibitions and events in its ten years, showcasing work from more than forty-eight South Boston artists. Within view of the Boston Harborwalk, it offers free public programming, including art shows, artists’ talks, performances, and open houses, all thanks to community and volunteer support.
Donations to the Arts and Business Culture of Greater Boston, designated for the Gallery at 249 A, help keep these cultural experiences inclusionary and accessible. Please give.
