Lee Viliesis is the Director of the Lowell Folk Festival for the Lowell Festival Foundation.
Passionate about the arts and community engagement, Lee has a strong background in event production and nonprofit management, serving as Production Manager at Merrimack Repertory Theater, contributing to nearly 100 performances in her time.In addition to her role at the Festival Foundation, she is a dedicated fiber artist based at Western Avenue Studios, exploring creativity through textiles.Lee holds a Master of Public Administration from UMass Lowell, and lives in Andover, MA, with her wife and their affectionate hairless Sphynx cat, Zulu, who supervises all her artistic projects.
